Best website and best actual award24.03.10

As Ed and Mari collect the award on behalf of Milton Bayer I was wondering what exactly they were bringing back. It looked like a cheap box of tissues! In actual fact it is one of the nicest looking and feeling awards I have seen. In most cases, awards are curved glass plates or perspex monoliths with etching on them. This however weighs in at around 1.5kg nd, is super glossy resin with silver print smartly applied. It knocks spots all our other awards including the prestigious International Advertising Award we won which looks like a monstrous Oscar. We thought it was cool at the time. I’d be interested to see more posts on good looking awards and see if a better one is out there. We could enter it – even if it’s not in our industry !!
