As with a lot of projects we are involved with, the starting point was to analyse what Wolves were currently doing to understand what was good and where we could enhance their programme. Wolves already had a broadcast platform and were doing a good job managing their data. Where we came in was by redesigning some of their key templates to make them as engaging as possible for their fans, we also added new innovative content to really take them to the next level. We then took time to understand their eCRM system, built the templates so they would work seamlessly in their system. As the team at Wolves wanted to manage the emails moving forward we made sure the templates were easy to use and supplied them with key design assets for them to create content quickly and efficiently.
